This morning was a good one!
Mommy, Daddy and I gathered around the Christmas tree to open presents. And because I was such a good boy, I got a lot!
Mommy and Daddy helped me to open my gifts.
And once I tore through the paper, I like what I found!

We've made it to Toronto. And after being without our computer for nearly a month, it's time to update you on our move. Just this past week we moved into our condo (we've been staying in a furnished unit since we got here) and we've had time to adjust to the weather.
Goodbye Florida! We are going to miss the warm weather, the beach and most of all, our wonderful friends. We are also very excited to make our new home in Toronto. Nicolas would like to say some goodbyes and share his excitement....

Nicolas and Mommy had a great time on Halloween! Nicolas was the best looking skeleton and Mommy was a black cat.
We went trick or treating at the mall and ate some yummy candy. And then we came home to wait for the trick or treaters at our door.
Even with some left over swelling on his eye (an allergic reaction to a bite), Nicolas was excited to welcome the monsters and movie stars to our door.
...and when he's happy.
Nicolas and Mommy went with their friends Vanessa and Amaya to Hollywood beach for a jog and a quick play in the sand.
Nicolas and Amaya had so much fun with the wind in their hair and sand in their hands (and diapers, mouths, etc.)
I'm pretty sure Nicolas taught Amaya how to eat the sand.
Nicolas is 2!
Mommy and Daddy took Nicolas to windy Palm Beach for the weekend.
We played by the water fountains.
Nicolas and his friends played together while the Mommies snacked and chatted with each other.
Nicolas had a great time surrounded by all of his girlfriends!
Even though some of them tried to escape.
And some of his friends preferred to say with their Mommies.
And then it was time to sing Happy Birthday to Nicolas and eat cake!

Nicolas really enjoyed his cake.
And so did everyone else!
We also opened presents. (in Diapers!)
And of course Nicolas loved this part, because he got to crinkle all the paper!
Happy Birthday Nicolas
In a little over two weeks Nicolas will be 2. The countdown has begun! And Nicolas looks excited about it! We've been keeping ourselves busy until the day comes.
We've gone to the beach and played in the sand and splashed in the waves.
We've played with toys on Mommy and Daddy's bed.
We splashed around in the splashpad.
And Nicolas took a ride with Carolina in her wagon along the beach.
To mark the end of summer, Daddy, Mommy and Nicolas invited our friends over to have some drinks and snacks. We were too busy talking and playing to take more pictures, but you get the idea!
While the Mommies had some girl time, the kiddos played with all of Carolina's toys.
Nicolas had great time with everyone and all the toys, even though he stayed up way past his bedtime!
And he even got a surprise kiss at the end of the night! Lucky boy!
About a week ago, Nicolas got his first kiss. It was short and sweet (and slightly forced by the Mommies!) Carolina looks like she's got a good grip on him though!
